Shop privacy

We use your order details to take payment, deliver your order and help you if something goes wrong. Nothing else.

What we keep

Your name, email address, delivery address and phone number if you give one; what you ordered and what you paid; the payment provider's references; and the emails and notices exchanged about the order. We never see your full card number.

Who receives it

• Stripe, or PayPal when offered, to take your payment.
• Our fulfilment partner in China and the delivery carrier, who receive your name, address and phone number to pack, label and deliver the parcel. Your delivery details therefore leave the EU and UK.
• Hostinger, which hosts the shop and its records, and the email service that sends your order messages.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them to support the order, keep accounts and handle disputes, normally six years. Buying a record does not add you to the announcement list, which has its own privacy notice.

Cookies and secure links

The shop sets a session cookie only on the address-update form. Payment providers set cookies on their own pages. Order emails contain private links for downloads and address changes. Anyone holding a link can use it, so keep it to yourself.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data by emailing shop@aeysa.com. Include your order reference if you have one. We may keep what the law requires us to keep. If you live in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
