When you sign up, AEYSA uses your email address to send a welcome message and let you know when the album preorder opens.
What the form records
We store your email address, your country if you choose to provide it, when you joined, and the page you came from when your browser supplies it. We also record the consent wording you agreed to and your internet address (IP address), so there is a record of your request.
The list records whether the preorder announcement has been sent and whether you have unsubscribed. If you leave and later join again, your previous record is retained alongside your renewed consent. Separate technical records count signup attempts and record email delivery progress to limit abuse and prevent repeated messages.
How your details are used
The waiting list is separate from shop orders. Signing up does not place an order or take payment. Your optional country gives us a country-level view of interest in the album.
The website and its private records are hosted with Hostinger. Sending email involves the configured email delivery service and your email provider processing the address and message.
Leaving the list and contacting us
Use the unsubscribe link in a waiting-list email to stop future announcements. Unsubscribing keeps the opt-out and consent record; it does not automatically erase the record. The list currently has no automatic deletion schedule.
