By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Your order

This is a paid preorder. Payment is taken at checkout. You receive the edition you chose, with the items listed on the shop page and in your order confirmation, plus the digital download. Valkyrja is available as soon as payment succeeds. The full digital album is available within 30 calendar days after successful payment. CD dispatch: within 30 calendar days after successful payment; carrier delivery time is additional. Keep your confirmation email; it holds your order reference and secure links.

Dates

Dispatch and release dates are planned dates, not guarantees. If they change we will email you. If we cannot fulfil your order we refund it in full. Cancellation and refund rules are in our returns policy.

Prices and charges

The price, postage and total are shown in your chosen currency before you pay. Your bank may add a conversion charge. Your country may charge import duty or tax on arrival, which you pay unless checkout shows it is included. See shipping.

Editions

You can order up to 5 of each item per order. Product photos show the designs; small differences in colour, texture and finish can occur. The listed contents and artwork will not change.

Music

Downloads are for personal listening only. Buying a CD or download gives no rights in the recordings and no permission to copy, share or resell the files.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for giving a correct, complete delivery address and for any import duty or tax your country charges on arrival. If a parcel is delayed, returned or lost because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because you did not pay a customs charge, any re-shipping is at your cost. Preorder editions are made to order, so please choose carefully.

Liability

We may cancel and refund any order we reasonably believe is fraudulent or priced by obvious mistake. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, including carrier disruption, customs holds, supplier delays, or incorrect delivery details you provided. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order, except where the law does not allow that limit. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
