Returns & refunds

Thank you for supporting AEYSA and preordering the album. Every edition is made to order especially for you, so all sales are final and we are not able to offer refunds or cancellations for a change of mind. Please choose with care before you order.

If something is wrong with your order

We want you to love what arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we will always put it right. Email shop@aeysa.com with your order reference and a photo within 14 days of delivery, and we will repair, replace or refund it, covering return postage when we ask you to send it back.

If we cannot deliver

In the rare case we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund it in full. If a planned dispatch date changes, we will email you the new date.

How refunds work

Any refund goes back to your original payment method, and your bank may take a few days to show it. Download access ends when an order is refunded. None of this affects the rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
